The
City of Florence has enjoyed a close working relationship
with Bradford Health Service's Florence office for
many years, dating back to the early 1990s. We have
found Bradford to be the best communicators for our
needs for City employees in substance abuse rehabilitation
programs. We trust their services, believe our employees
receive quality care, and are pleased with the outcome
of their services.
If
you would like to call us, we will be pleased to discuss
further our experiences with Bradford over the years.
Sincerely,
Sandra Sockwell

This letter is being sent
to express Bruno's appreciation over the high level
of satisfaction that we have with the services provided
through your substance abuse rehabilitation programs
provided by Bradford Health Services.
The
key to successful service in your industry, is quick
response when an employer calls with a problem teammate.
I can only say, that your organization has been excellent
in helping us when that call has been made.
We
have also taken advantage of your Day in Treatment
training program, in fact we have had both Supervisors
and our Union Leadership attend this very informative
and thought provoking training session to better understand
what a person goes through when they are in program.
Bruno's
has been associated with Bradford long before I came
to the Company two and a half years ago. I hope our
relationship continues to grow in the coming years.
Thank
you for being there,
Ken Waltsgott

For
a number of years now Energen Corporation has used
Employee Assistance Services (EAS) as the assistance
program for employees and family members. During this
time as needs developed, Bradford Health Services
has worked with us to provide dependency intervention
and treatment.
As
an employer we have regrettably witnessed the impact
of drug and alcohol abuse on the quality of family
and work life. It is therefore a business necessity
at the first intervention to do whatever is feasible
to give the individual the treatment, counseling,
and support needed to live and function with this
disease. Bradford's staff and their approach to intervention
best exemplify the commitment to fulfill this need.
We
appreciate the professionalism and the working relationship
with your organization. If I can be of assistance
in any way in your future planning, please do not
hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
W. David Self |

I would like to take this
opportunity to thank you and your colleagues at Bradford
for the services that you have provided for so many
of our clients here at Jackson Hospital. As you know,
your organization is one of our most frequent choices
when we are looking for follow up care for our clients
with drug and/or alcohol dependency problems. We know
that we can count on you to screen our clients quickly
and to work closely with the treatment team here in
planning transfer.
During
the six years that you and I have worked together,
I have on many occasions counted on you to intervene
with resistant clients or to reassure those who are
anxious about the thought of being away from home
for an extended period. Your down-to-earth manner
and gentle honesty have been just what was needed
to encourage acceptance of the need for continued
treatment.
The
understanding of dual diagnosis that Bradford provides
has been a major factor in our confidence in referring
to you. There have been times when we have sent stable
clients to other agencies only to receive those clients
back within a short time because they were told to
stop taking their anti-psychotic or mood-stabilizing
medications.
I
look forward to a continued working relationship that
is beneficial both for Jackson Hospital and for Bradford.
Sincerely,
Mara Lynn Williams, R.N.,C
